Refund policy

Cancellations: Since our products are personalized with your photos and text, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

Returns/Refunds: We accept returns only in cases of "Manufacturing Defects," "Damaged Products," or "Wrong Item Delivered".

Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement, an Unboxing Video is mandatory to verify the damage during transit.

Resolution: Once verified, we will either ship a fresh replacement or process a refund within 7 working days.
